Hot sauce - Amnesiac

Great Sauce! The black garlic and fish sauce give it a unique flavor and there’s a good amount of sweetness as well. Perfect heat level for my tastes, a nice slow burn. Try it on Chinese takeout!

nice sauce! not a scorcher, but tasty. It is hot, but my tolerance is getting up there. So far I have tried on a burger, pizza, and a steak....and on chips of course. I'll buy this again, when its empty. I should of bought the bigger bottle, but it is nice to have the smaller option if you are not sure about it

This sauce tastes very good and the Amnesia peppers have a ghost like burn that last longer than normal highly recommend this sauce
